Under supervision, the driver is also taught to drive this truck. This training should take place in a similar surrounding where the driver will be driving in the future. Also, the OSHA requires the drivers of these trucks to undergo periodic refresher training. These sessions helps the driver of a counterbalance fork truck to operate it keeping the safety measures in mind.
